The DSH series double‑helix conical mixer, also known as a twin‑screw conical mixer, is typically configured in a vertical (upright) design. It employs a top-mounted motor to drive the internal twin helices in both orbital and rotational motions, achieving highly efficient blending of powders and granules. The pre‑dispersion step prior to milling can also be carried out directly, enabling medium‑to‑fine dispersion. This equipment is widely used in industries such as fine chemicals, coatings, inks, adhesives, lithium‑battery slurries, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals.
